No longer safe for dairy-free people .After having such a wonderful experience the first time I ate there, I gave it a glowing review and was even telling several of my friends who were allergic to dairy that this was a great place to go get dairy-free ice cream. Today my husband and I decided to go back and I I informed them that I had a dairy allergy and asked give their caramel was dairy-free. At first she said no. Then she said yes and said she could make me a dairy-free caramel milkshake. Even asked if I wanted dairy-free and whipped cream on top of it. Halfway through the drink I started feeling weird. It was a 10-minute drive home. By the time I got home I was so severely ill. I could barely live from my hips. I spent all day in the bathroom and now I am suffering from a major dairy attack that could have been avoided. After calling the store back this evening to double-check, I was informed that yes the caramel does have dairy in it. Like a lot of other places you were taking one heck of a gamble going in here. And now I will be so really sick for the next 3 to 5 days. And dealing with the after effects for the next several weeks.

Pav’s Creamery is our favourite ice cream spot. The interior of the establishment is clean and well organised, with modern art adorning the walls of the spacious seating area. The decor is homey and relaxed, making diners feel right at home. In other words, the comfortable aesthetic is perfect for Pav’s attractive pink colour scheme. To that end, Pav’s Creamery does not lack personal touches, with the modern seating area feeling quite austere. Additionally, the staff is classically and professionally trained. Excellent customer service skills chief amongst them. Indubitably. Now, then. We would like to give a shout of acknowledgment to Pav’s Creamery team members Aubrey, Ashlinne, Chayse and Matt. (And although this review is based on our experience at the North Canton, Ohio location, we would also like to give a special thanks to Jenna at the Green, Ohio location.) The ice cream is sweet, fresh and decadent; in fact, we have not had a bad sweet treat on their extensive albeit straightforward menu—everything is served delicious. Portion sizes are quite generous, too, depending on who is scooping your cone or cup. Overall, Pav’s makes an excellent choice for your ice cream sweet

I love this ice cream. I had the warm brownie sundae and my husband had the new duck sundae. Each were fantastic! I love this ice cream. Love trying new flavors. Service is always good! Portions are spot on which align with the prices. Which make me want to return! Highly recommended.

First time here. We got tue 3 scoop waffle cone with strawberry. The 2 scoop birthday cake and dark raspberry. And the pineapple upside down su day. All very good. The 3 girls working g were a good team. Very efficient. Worked well together and nice. The place was busy and clean. I liked that they had a outside to sit

Awesome place to bring the family and get icecream that isn't just the normal flavors. Everything tasted great, even the hot dog lol. They have a wide selection to choose from and they're definitely quick when it comes to serving, even when busy.
